No: 41664, relative to the transfer of War Department

land to the Colonial Government for the Dock extension

of the Hong Kong and Whampoa Dock Company, I am directed

by the Secretary of State for War to acquaint you, for

the information of Mr Secretary Chamberlain, that the

subject of the Governor of Ceylon's letter, therewith
